Color:  Sparkling clear, dark ruby color.

Taste:  Fine taste, not heavy in tannin.  Sweet taste, but not at all heavy or cloying.  Medium bodied.

Aroma:  Pleasantly sweet aroma, with a hint of "puffed wheat" scent.

Comments:  80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot.

Professional Comments:  The Merlot mellows the wine nicely.  An excellent value.

Food Match:  Lighter fare: Hamburgers, mild chili, French Onion Soup with a nice crusty bread.
