    (Yuppifino Collection tasting)

Color:  Brilliant ruby-red.

Taste:  Very pleasant.  Subtly sweet but rich in tannin.  Medium-bodied with medium complexity.

Aroma:  Sweet and pleasant bouquet.

Comments:  Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot.

Professional Comments:  A very, very pleasant red wine.  Moderate complexity with a delightful bouquet.

Food Match:  Rack of lamb or beef steak, or even a rich chicken or pork dish, would make a wonderful accompanyment to this excellent wine.  A good all-around wine.
