Color: Brilliant straw yellow. Taste: Flavor is full and dry. A bit tart and tangy. Aroma: Very big, full aroma.
Comments: Won a Bronze Medal at a 1979 Oenological Show. Cork layered with Sodium Bitartrate crystals (always a good sign!). Professional Comments: A delightful, crisp wine.
Food Match: Great for picnic fare - fried chicken, potato salad, & mixed fruit salad. Chardonnays are always good with a nice crusty bread and double-cream cheeses.
